Thrive Brands, LLC, Malvern, PA. Daily transportation will be provided from a central location to and from worksites in the following counties: Chester, Delaware, Montgomery. 12 Landscape Laborer positions available. Temporary, full-time position from 05/01/2026 through 11/24/2026, 7:00am-4:00pm, 40 hrs/week, overtime varies, Monday-Friday, Some Saturdays required. Schedule varies. Start/end times vary. Workers will be paid Weekly at $19.86-$29.19/hr, $29.79-$43.79/hr OT. Raises, bonuses or incentives at employer's discretion dependent on tenure. Opportunity for higher pay dependent on experience or driver's license. Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools and/or landscaping equipment; workers typically perform a variety of tasks which may include any combination of the following: lay sod; mow; trim; plant; water; fertilize; dig; rake; installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units; may drive light to medium duty passenger company vehicles. Pre-employment drug testing required. Drug testing during employment for cause. All drug testing is performed without regard to an employee's citizenship or immigration status, and all testing is paid for by the company. Able to lift 50lbs. No experience required, will train. Employer may make payroll deductions at employee's request. Employer facilitates voluntary housing arrangements upon availability along with corresponding payroll deduction estimated up to $200/week for rent and utilities dependent on the number of people living in the unit. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the job. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, employer will arrange and pay directly, reimburse the worker, and/or provide advance payment for initial transportation and subsistence costs from the place of recruitment to the place of employment for those traveling from such a distance they are not reasonably able to return to their residence each day. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.78 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. H2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, & other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
