Job Description: Manage and Train daily crew members. Manage designated route - work closely with Operations Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and Arrimour Group quality standards. Safely operates landscape equipment such as commercial mowers, weed-eaters, blowers, driving a truck with trailer, skid steers, as well as any other equipment necessary to perform daily tasks. Duties include but are not limited to: mobile phone timecard entry, daily safety inspection of truck/trailer, safety of crew and client sites, planting annual flowers, digging holes, planting small trees and shrubs, laying sod, basic irrigation head repair/replacement. Snow and Ice removal. Complete daily time sheets. Job Requirements: 3+ years experience. Leadership/Supervisory experience. A valid driver's license. Ability to work in a variety of climate conditions, including snow during the snow season. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
