This role is responsible for filling customer orders, loading trucks, and maintaining a safe and organized yard environment. Responsibilities Make up and load customer orders onto trucks and construction vehicles safely and accurately Operate a forklift (training available if needed) Provide courteous and professional customer service Maintain yard cleanliness and organization Ensure products and materials are stored properly Assist with cycle counts and managing inventory Follow all safety procedures and company standards Qualifications Stable and dependable work history Strong work ethic and self-motivation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills (bilingual is a plus) Forklift experience preferred Experience in concrete, pavers, retaining walls, or outdoor living products is a plus but not required Physical Requirements Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions year-round Frequent standing, walking, and equipment operation Ability to lift up to 95 lbs Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Schedule Monday through Friday 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM Benefits 401(k) with match Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Stable, long-term employment with a family-owned company About Us Ideal Concrete Block is a fourth-generation, family-owned company established in 1923.
