Landscaper

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Landscaper to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining clean and attractive properties, and is eager to learn landscaping and grounds maintenance skills. No prior experience is required training will be provided. **Key Responsibilities** + Mow lawns using commercial landscaping equipment + Trim hedges, bushes, and trees + Edge sidewalks, driveways, and flower beds + Plant flowers, shrubs, and mulch + Remove weeds, leaves, and debris from properties + Assist with irrigation and watering systems + Load and unload landscaping materials and tools + Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines + Maintain a clean and organized work environment + Work as part of a team to complete landscaping projects efficiently **Qualifications** + Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly + Strong work ethic and reliability + Willingness to learn and follow directions + Positive attitude and teamwork skills + Reliable transportation preferred + Previous landscaping or lawn care experience is a plus, but not required **Physical Requirements** + Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting + Ability to work on uneven terrain + Comfortable working in heat, cold, and seasonal weather conditions **Pay Details:** $16.00 to $18.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
