We're seeking an experienced, hands-on Landscape Crew Foreman to lead crews in the field, oversee daily project execution, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards. Competitive pay: $25-$30/hour based on experience Benefits available at 90 days Opportunity to work with a respected and growing Mid-Michigan company Leadership role with autonomy and advancement potential Supportive team environment with hands-on leadership Consistent outdoor work with a variety of projects Opportunity for long-term growth and career stability What You'll Do as a Landscape Crew Foreman Lead and supervise landscape crews on residential and commercial job sites Coordinate daily schedules, project priorities, and crew assignments Perform and oversee landscaping work including planting, grading, mulching, hardscaping, cleanup, and property enhancements Operate landscaping equipment and ensure proper maintenance and safe operation Train, mentor, and motivate crew members while maintaining productivity and quality standards Communicate with customers and leadership regarding project progress and job site needs Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards What We're Looking For in a Landscape Crew Foreman Prior landscaping and crew leadership experience required Strong knowledge of landscaping practices, equipment, blueprints and job site operations Ability to lead by example with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to perform physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license required; chauffeur's or CDL license is a plus Dependable, team-oriented, and customer-focused mindset If you enjoy leading from the front, working outdoors, and turning landscaping projects into finished results you can be proud of, this is an opportunity to grow with a team that values hard work, reliability, and craftsmanship.
