Worker will be required to perform a variety of duties related to the production of wheat, barley, canola, alfalfa, lentils, and chick peas for the majority of the workdays in the overall contract period,mensurate with the duties epassed within the five SOC Codesprising the field and livestock workers bined) category. Applicants must have 20 days experience with farm, and irrigation work, and provide the contact information of at least one reference who can verify experience and performance. Applicants hired must be able to obtain a valid drivers license as driving on public roads may be required. In view of the statutorily established basic function of the Employment Service (ES) as a no-fee labor exchange that is as a forum for bringing together employers and job seekers, neither the Employment and Training Administration (ETA) nor the State Workforce Agencies (SWA) are guarantors of the accuracy or truthfulness of information contained on job orders submitted by employers. Nor does any job order accepted or recruited upon by the ES constitute a contractual job offer to which the ETA or a SWA is in any way a party. Only those applicants who are eligible for employment in the United States; who meet all the special requirements for employment; who are able, willing, and qualified to perform the work; and who will be available at the time and place needed, should . To , applicants must provide their full name andplete contact information as well as the name and contact information of at least one reference who has firsthand knowledge and can verify the workers experience and performance to the employer listed in this clearance order via the contact information in Section G below.
