What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities:As a Landscape Application Specialist , you are the "Plant Doctor" of our team. You will move beyond general maintenance to diagnose and treat the health of turf, trees, and shrubs.
Expert Applications: Precise mixing and application of fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides to ensure properties stay vibrant and pest-resistant.
Health Diagnostics: Act as a Turf Care Technician by monitoring plant health and identifying issues before they become problems.
Gear Mastery: Safely operate and maintain advanced manual and electrical spray equipment and calibration tools.
IPM Leadership: Implement Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles to maintain world-class site standards.
Inventory Control: Coordinate with managers to ensure chemical inventory is tracked, stored safely, and ready for the job.
Technical Knowledge: Strong background in plant identification and weed/pest recognition.
Safety First: Deep understanding of MSDS/SDS sheets and chemical safety protocols.
Physical Stamina: Ability to handle outdoor conditions and lift up to 50 lbs (bags of fertilizer/seed).
Professionalism: A dependable, detail-oriented mindset with a clean driving record.
