What you will be doing :

The Groundskeeper is an integral part of our maintenance team. This position is r esponsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the community which includes, but is not limited to , the community models, vacant units and public access areas like the office and clubhouse. The Groundskeeper’s duties will include:

• Maintain community cleanliness by daily picking up trash and debris throughout the property / dumpster area
• Sweep and blow breezeways, sidewalks, and other common areas to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for residents and guests.
• Operate and lift equipment up to 50 lb. Able to use / operate a pressure washer for power washing designated areas.
• Deliver resident notices in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist the maintenance team with tasks as needed, including light repairs and upkeep. .
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety guidelines and company standards.

What we’ll expect from you:

• Active and valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be available on notice in event of snow and/or ice and other on-site emergencies.
• Up to one-month related experience or training, or equivalent education and experience.
