Landscaper

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Landscaper responsible for maintaining residential
and/or commercial landscaping projects. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of plants and
landscaping practices and can work independently to complete projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain landscaping features (lawns, gardens, hardscapes)
Plant and care for flowers, trees, shrubs, and plants.
Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment safely.
Assess soil health and ensure proper plant growth conditions.
Execute landscaping projects from start to finish, meeting quality and timeline standards.
Perform regular maintenance (mowing, trimming, etc.)
Communicate with clients regarding landscaping needs.
Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent.

Requirements / Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (landscaping/horticulture certifications a plus)
Strong knowledge of plants and landscaping practices
Ability to operate landscaping machinery and tools safely.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor in all weather conditions.
Effective communication skills

Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in landscaping or related field
Proven experience in landscape design and maintenance
Knowledge of regional plants and gardening practices preferred

Work Environment:
Outdoor work in various weather conditions
