un P/T LABORER TO HELP W/HOUSE, LANDSCAPING, VEHICLES (SAN LUIS OBISPO) crestmont near 227 compensation: $20+/hr depending on ability I have a home on acreage and a few rentals as well as a small car and moto collection. I need part time helper to maintain all of them. Work involved: Building maintenance like power washing, touch up painting, fence repair Landscape maintenance like pulling and spraying weeds, pruning (no mowing or weed wacking) Garage organizing and cleanup, dump runs (I drive) Vehicle maintenance like washing, detailing interior , air pressure Hours flexible to work around your schedule, but prefer morning for practical reasons (before winds kick up and sun get intense) This is part time work, year round. Can work in 3 to 6 hour shifts per session, depending on task and your availability. I currently have A LOT of items to take care of because I was out of country almost 2 months. Can start immediately Pay is $20+ per hour depending on your experience and ability.
