Position Summary:

Responsible for providing an aesthetically pleasing, clean, and safe campus. This is accomplished by keeping grass mowed, providing well maintained landscaped areas that are professional in appearance, and by keeping streets, parking lots, and other areas clean and free from debris and snow.

This position is an outdoor grounds position, all seasons, for a 100-acre campus. Full time position requires 40-hour week. Schedule can adjust seasonally but is 6:30a-2:30p standard.

Job Duties Include:

trash & litter pickup

mowing

weed eating

planting

mulching

weeding

watering

pressure washing

trash removal

asphalt patching

snow removal

Position Qualification:

High School diploma or GED and/or one to three months related experience and/or training required. Years of Experience can be related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Current valid Tennessee drivers license. Tennessee Pesticide Certification desired.
