Qualifications High School graduate or equivalent (GED). Strong work ethic, positive attitude, dependable and of good moral character. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Reliable transportation and punctual attendance. Must be physically able to bend, stoop, climb, reach, and ability to lift fifty (50) plus pounds. Experience with lawn equipment or landscaping is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Position Responsibilities Mowing grass and trimming around buildings, fences, and fields. Landscaping duties including mulching, edging, weed removal, planting, and cleanup. Sports field maintenance including dragging fields, lining fields, watering, and preparing game/practice areas. General groundskeeping and property upkeep. Operating basic lawn and landscaping equipment safely. Picking up trash and maintaining clean outdoor areas. Assisting with seasonal projects and facility improvements. Following safety procedures and completing assigned tasks efficiently. Preferred Skills Experience operating zero-turn mowers, trimmers, blowers, or small equipment. Basic knowledge of athletic field preparation. Attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, professional-looking grounds.
