THE ROLE: * Serve as a trusted advisor to residential and commercial clients, providing recommendations on tree, plant, and landscape care. * Manage and grow a designated territory through relationship building, networking, and referral generation. * Conduct onsite evaluations, diagnose landscape needs, and prepare detailed service estimates. * Coordinate with internal crews to ensure seamless project execution and high levels of customer satisfaction. * Represent the organization at community events, trade shows, and local networking opportunities. * Maintain ongoing client relationships, ensuring longterm engagement and repeat business. * Track sales activity and performance while identifying new opportunities for growth within the territory. * Collaborate with internal teams to deliver highquality, safetyfocused service solutions. YOU: * Passion for working outdoors and contributing to environmental sustainability. * Strong relationshipbuilding and client service skills with a consultative mindset. * Selfstarter with the ability to manage a territory independently and drive business development. * Highly organized with strong attention to detail and followthrough. * Comfortable working in a fastpaced, fieldbased role with changing priorities. * Professional, personable, and confident in clientfacing situations. * Open to learning technical knowledge related to arboriculture and landscape care.
