Suitable for students with basic foundational knowledge and little to no practical experience, ideal for freshmen or sophomores who have completed only introductory courses.

Position Scope
- Plants and tends flowerbeds.
- Prunes shrubs and trees to enhance growth and appearance.
- Rakes and removes fallen leaves.
- Keeps lagoon clean, and drainage ditches and culverts free of obstructions.
Required Qualifications
- Capable of full range body movement.
- Lift items weighing up to 50-75 pounds on a regular basis.
- Read, understand and communicate in English.
- Read instructions and dilution for application of all herbicides and pesticides used at the Polynesian Cultural Center.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior landscape maintenance experience.
Must attach resume and current semester class schedule (weekly view).
Base Rate Per Hour
$16.50
Work Schedule
6:00 AM shift
Approximate starting hourly rate:
$14.00 - $16.00
