Groundskeeper

Property Management Company seeks a reliable Groundskeeper\Porter\Maintenance responsible for maintaining the grounds and building property.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Grounds keeping, lawns around walks, flower beds, and walls.

2. Cleans grounds of debris and removes litter from around dumpsters, empty trash.

3. Trashout out in support of make ready prepartions.

4. Pressure washing and painting, occasionally.

5. Assist with pool, spa, gym and hot tub areas.

6. Interact with tenants and support the management team.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Clear background check as it relates to building

2. Demonstrated ability to understand and carry out both verbal and written instructions and directions

3. Works well with others

$16-17/hour
