Responsibilities: Design fire sprinkler systems using AutoSprink/ AutoCAD and/or Revit in accordance with NFPA standards Perform hydraulic calculations and prepare submittal packages Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate fire protection systems into project designs Prepare material lists and fabrication drawings Assist with permits and project documentation Stay current on industry codes, regulations, and technology Qualifications: 5+ years of experience designing fire sprinkler systems (preferred) Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, or sprinkler design software (e.g., AutoSprink, HydraCAD, SprinkCAD) Knowledge of NFPA standards (especially NFPA 13, 14, 20) NICET certification (Level I - Level 4 in Water-Based Systems) preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Excellent communication and organizational skills What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience and qualifications) Overtime and prevailing wage opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Ongoing training and development opportunities A supportive, safety-first team environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Retirement plan Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Ability to Commute: Pittsburg, CA 94565 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Pittsburg, CA 94565: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
