We are seeking a licensed Landscape Architect / Project Manager with 4+ years of experience leading institutional and public-sector projects who is excited to grow within a dynamic and supportive team. What You'll Bring

A positive, collaborative mindset and strong communication skills

Experience managing projects, schedules, and consultant coordination

Confidence leading teams and delegating work effectively

Deep knowledge of complex construction document packages (3+ years preferred)

Construction administration experience across institutional, private, or development projects

Strong technical drawing, detailing, and specification-writing abilities

The ability to move fluidly between project scales and typologies

A thoughtful, innovative approach to problem solving and design
