The Opportunity

We handle the dispatch, customer communication, pricing, and scheduling. You focus on the work; accurate diagnostics, clean repairs, and satisfied customers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and commercial irrigation systems
• Troubleshoot controllers, solenoids, and field wiring
• Service valves, manifolds, sprinkler heads, and mainlines
• Perform seasonal startups, winterizations, and system upgrades
• Document each job and communicate clearly with the office and homeowners

Compensation

• Pay range: $28$32/hour
• Performance-based: efficient, experienced, and accurate techs with strong reviews earn top of range

Requirements

• Drivers License
• Proven residential sprinkler repair experience
• Reliable transportation - If things go well we have a company truck that we will allow you to take to and from jobs, as well as to take home after work.
• Strong communication
• Dependable and motivated
