Landscape Project Manager

Landscape Project Manager Central MD/VA/DC Area - $80,000 plus commission

Permanent/Full-time Opportunity -Bilingual skills preferred!

Are you an experienced landscape project manager who has knowledge of lawn, florals, hardscape, irrigation, and lighting projects? Feel like your knowledge and leadership are not always fairly compensated? Learn more about our client who takes great care of their employees and their customers!

You will oversee crews from our company and subcontractors, communicate with the client, the company owner, and architectural design staff daily to ensure high quality installations occur for your valued customers. You will oversee small one-day jobs up to million-dollar projects with lengthy install periods each requiring your strong attention to detail, on-time delivery, and high homeowner satisfaction.

Important skills you will use on the job:

3+ years in Landscape Project Management

Your hands-on landscape experience and knowledge with a willingness to jump in and assist as needed

C ommunicate well with your team, subcontractors, homeowners, and your company leadership

Willingness and ability to make efficient use of time and resources

Track project time and materials and report in a timely manner

Licensing/certifications for: CDL driver, arborist, pesticide licensing, C.P.H. are a plus!

Ensure safety is a top priority and emphasized on every job every day including checking vehicles and equipment

Knowledge of and ability to operate landscaping equipment, trucks, snowplows, etc.

Monitor inventory and the loading/unloading of all plants prior to installation

Order materials and access tools needed for each job you oversee
