The work: Lawn care and grounds maintenance mowing, trimming, edging, seasonal cleanups Basic property maintenance and repairs handyman work, debris removal, cleanouts Property securing lock changes, boarding, lockboxes Winterization in the cold months Tenant-occupied work you'll be in people's homes, so professionalism matters Whatever else comes up we're a small team and everyone wears multiple hats Who we're looking for: Skilled with tools and not afraid to use them Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, clean record Strong work ethic we mean it Can communicate clearly with tenants and clients Takes pride in their work and shows up on time Wants to build a career, not just collect a paycheck The deal: This starts part-time but will move to full-time quickly for the right people we have more work than we can handle and we're growing.
