• Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week. Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM start (End times vary)

What You’ll Do As a Landscape Crew Member , you will work outdoors to keep our clients' properties looking beautiful. You will act as a Landscape Technician , performing tasks like mowing, edging, mulching, and planting. This is a great role for someone who has worked as a General Laborer or in construction and wants a steady, dependable career in the green industry. You’ll start your day at our Charlotte branch and head out with your team in a company truck to various local sites.

What You Bring To The Team

• A valid NC or SC Driver’s License and a clean driving record (Required).

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• A "can-do" attitude and a willingness to learn.

• Experience in industrial or construction fields is a plus, but not required—we will train you!
