Senior Landscape Architect/Planner CM

Essential Functions:

• Performs advanced professional work related to landscape architecture and planning assignments.
• Participates in the design leadership and production of conceptual design and construction documents for Landscape Architectural projects
• Produces project graphics in the plan, section, and 3-D / Perspective views.
• Conducts site design, inventory, and analysis
• Schedules and conducts meetings with advisory boards, the public, and elected officials.
• Assume client relations for some projects.
• Participates in teams and project meetings.
• Assume Assistant Project Manager role - staffing, scope schedule, budget.
• Conducts bidding support, RFI’s, and Construction Phase Services.
• Collaborates with our team across a broad range of project types.
• Represent the organization in communications and conferences.

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Organize and lead community service programs.
2. Assist with monthly invoicing for projects.
3. Assist with project management duties – staffing, scope, schedule and budget development.
4. Assist with business development activities, including proposal preparation.
5. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Prerequisities

• Six years of professional experience, or a master's degree and four years of experience.
• Licensure is preferred.
• Active member of a professional practice organization.
• Demonstrated experience with free-hand sketches, digital rendering, master site planning and detailed site design.
• AutoCAD, Land F/X, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Lumion.
• Landscape Construction Design

Pay Range: $43.27-$52.88/hour
