As a Lawncare Specialist, you will be responsible for providing routine lawn and landscape maintenance services as part of 2-5 employee crew to ensure client properties remain healthy, attractive, and well maintained. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality workmanship, and understands the importance of consistent service in maintaining long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine lawn care services including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowingMaintain turf health across residential, commercial, or HOA propertiesAssist with seasonal services such as fertilization, aeration, dethatching, overseeding, and cleanupsIdentify turf issues including weeds, pests, disease, or irrigation problems and report findings to supervisorsSafely operate and maintain lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and spreadersPerform basic equipment inspections and report maintenance needsMaintain clean, organized, and professional work areas and vehiclesFollow all safety procedures, environmental guidelines, and company policiesCommunicate effectively with crew leaders and team membersRepresent the company professionally when working on client propertiesCutting turf using a variety of landscaping tools and equipment in a safe mannerProperly weeding client sites by hand or by utilizing landscape equipment.Planting, grooming and maintaining plant material.Performing site cleanup duties which includes but is not limited to clearing and disposing of trash and organic materialMaintaining a positive and collaborative attitude with internal and external clients.

Performing other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred1-3 years of experience in lawn care, landscaping, or grounds maintenanceBasic understanding of turf maintenance practices and equipmentAbility to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditionsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to follow instructions and work as part of a teamReliable attendance and punctualityValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordHolds or can obtain a round-up permit upon hireReliable transportation

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Experience in commercial or multi-site landscape maintenanceKnowledge of turfgrass varieties and seasonal lawn care practicesExperience with fertilization programs or integrated pest management (IPM)Familiarity with irrigation systems and basic troubleshootingBilingual (English/Spanish) communication skillsStrong work ethic and pride in appearance and resultsInterest in career growth within lawn care, crew leadership, or landscape operationsValid Florida Driver's License and the ability to pass an MVR check
