Maintenance Crew Lead

Blue Atlas Property Care is hiring a Maintenance Crew Lead to manage and maintain high-end residential properties with detail-oriented, personalized care. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, has strong leadership skills, and enjoys creating beautiful outdoor spaces.

This position will lead a crew of 3 team members and ensure properties are maintained to a high standard each week.

• Lead and manage a 3-person maintenance crew
• Perform weekly landscape maintenance on high-end residential properties
• Mowing and edging lawns
• Pruning shrubs and ornamental plants
• Bush trimming and shaping
• Weeding landscape beds
• Irrigation inspections and weekly adjustments
• Maintain clean and professional job sites
• Communicate with management regarding property needs and issues
• Ensure crew efficiency, quality, and professionalism

• Experience in landscape maintenance required
• Leadership or crew lead experience preferred
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and adjustments
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Valid drivers license preferred
• Ability to speak English preferred but not required!
