Season start: March 2026 (Now) Typical schedule: Monday through Friday Starting pay: $18-$20 per hour depending on experience Apply online: Job Responsibilities This role includes a mix of lawn care and landscaping duties such as: Mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and general property maintenance Spring and fall cleanups Weeding, pruning, mulching, and bed maintenance Planting or removing shrubs Assisting with turf renovation and small hardscape projects Loading and unloading tools and materials Keeping equipment clean and organized Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to use basic hand tools Willingness to learn to safely operate professional equipment Applicant Requirements Valid Ohio driver's license Social Security number Reliable transportation to Maple Heights, Ohio Positive attitude and willingness to take instruction Experience is welcome, but not required.
