un CONCRETE & ASPHALT GENERAL LABORERS- Central Coast (Santa Maria) compensation: $21.00 -$25.00 an Hour DOE employment type: job title: Concrete and Asphalt Labor We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for entry-level Concrete, Asphalt, Maintenance, and General Labor positions within our Central Coast Division. REQUIREMENT: Must have your own vehicle and be able to commute between job sites as needed. Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour (Pay depends on experience, attitude, reliability, and overall fit.) Job Duties May Include: Concrete and asphalt general labor support General site cleanup and sweeping Shoveling and digging Wheelbarrowing materials Assisting with sealcoat operations Dragging and operating sealcoat squeegees Basic hand tool use and cleaning tasks Following all safety and job site procedures Career Path Opportunities: MAINTENANCE LABORER Basic sweeping and site cleaning Apprentice in hot pour, sealcoat, and/or striping Use of basic cleaning tools and equipment Must follow company operations and safety policies SEAL TECH-1 Basic squeegee push/pull with sealcoat material Basic sealcoat edging Ability to control material and work cleanly around surfaces D/G LABORER-1 General labor and cleaning duties Shoveling, digging, and hand tool work Wheelbarrowing materials and basic support tasks Ideal Candidates Are: Reliable and punctual Hardworking with a strong work ethic Willing to learn and grow Comfortable working outdoors in physical conditions To apply, Send Resume Principals only.
