In this energetic role, you will assist with all aspects of outdoor landscape project installation and maintenance, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help us deliver exceptional results for our clients while gaining valuable skills in landscaping, construction, and horticulture. Duties: Assist with landscape installation including planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and installing hardscape features such as patios and walkways Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as pruning, tree care, irrigation system installation/repair. Use hand tools and power tools for tasks including digging, trenching, planting, and general site preparation Support construction projects by assisting with site cleanup, material handling, and equipment setup Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times Requirements Transportation to shop location by 7:00 AM M-F Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic equipment issues and perform routine maintenance Experience with irrigation, landscaping, gardening, or horticulture. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and other landscaping machinery Knowledge of irrigation systems, tree trimming techniques, hardscape installation, is a plus Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual labor Strong attention to safety procedures and the ability to follow detailed instructions Join us if you're passionate about creating stunning outdoor environments!
