PLEASE NOTE AREA IS NOT BIG!! * Looking to hire privately for 1-2 person. Not interested in a company. I prefer to hire someone who's out of work currently, or wants to make good extra income with this listed projects. **POSITIONS BELOW ARE AVAILABLE TO WORK FROM SUNDAYS-FRIDAYS ONLY (NO SATURDAYS)** All must have at least 4+ yrs expertise experiences. Must have also have concrete/pathways building experiences, French drainage system, or landscaping expertise. * There are 3 outside projects we have open: 1) Flattening of a residential property (with a small excavator) 2) Do a Trench Drain/French drain so water doesn't settle in where the walkway is being creating. All of this is one side of home 3) Then after the drainage, laying wiring for the lighting making holes for the outdoor lightings (I know where to get this), and then to lay the concrete pathway, with lighting keeping the lighting holes open (again we pay for materials). SCOPE OF WORK: Step 1: Address Drainage First Identify low spots along the walkway line. Excavate a trench for drainage. Install a French drain (gravel and pipe). Backfill with soil and reseed. Step 2: Plan the Walkway Layout Measure total length (e.g., 30 to 50 feet long). Keep width consistent (around 4-5 feet wide). Mark layout with string lines. Step 3: Select Materials We are set on simply concrete slab in the middle, and then use dark paver stones on sides, shrub edging on the sides. And for a clean, large-format look, we can use expansion joints or saw cuts in the concrete to mimic big panels. And embed lights along the edges or in specific joints. So concrete in the middle + pavers Gravel and sand base: We could buy some supplies at: Penn Stone, Allied Landscape, or Home Depot, Lowes, etc Step 4: Install Lighting LED recessed light kit (16-pack): Approx. $120 total (as stated before this will be my costs) Transformer: About $80. Where to buy: Online (Amazon, Home Depot) or local garden centers. I will orders mainly all the supplied, and equipment, have them all delivered. Step 5: Plant Azaleas Tall varieties (4 to 7 feet): Approx. $40 to $60 each. Buy from Hershey's Azalea Farm or Frey's Greenhouse. Summary: My main objective with this plan : * affordable saw-cut concrete, *with a simple French drain, *low-voltage lighting, *and tall shrubs.
