at First Security Bank in Missoula, Montana, United States Job Description About The Role Position is responsible for the cleaning, maintenance, and repairs of bank property and equipment, and related functions. Position ensures all bank property is neat, clean, orderly, safe, and ready for daily business operations. This position is a temporay assignment - 40 hours per week through the end of August 2025. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Provide prompt and courteous service to all internal and external customers, supporting the goals and mission of the bank. Perform a visual structural damage and security check of bank premises daily. Stay up to date with maintenance computer program (MaintainX). Keep interior and exterior of buildings in clean and orderly condition and ensure all bank property is neat, clean, safe, and ready for business daily. Clean sidewalks, parking lots, and grounds all year and in all types of weather conditions, including snow removal on main bank properties using a plow, shovel, or snow blower. Mow and trim grass, maintain the irrigation system, and complete other duties related to landscaping and lawn work. Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by the Facilities Manager. Assist additional branch locations as time allows. About You QUALIFICATIONS : Six months of similar or related experience. A high school degree or GED is required. Must possess current valid driver's license. KNOWLEDGE , SKILL , ABILITY : Working knowledge of standard office equipment. Basic computer skill with working knowledge or ability to learn various office software. Communicate Effectively: both verbally and in writing with others in a clear, thorough, and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques. Demonstrate soft phone skills by treating all internal and external customers in a polite and courteous manner.
