As a Landscape Crew Member, you will work under the supervision of a Crew Leader to complete landscape installation, lawn care, hardscaping, and maintenance tasks. Responsibilities: Assist with landscape installation, including planting, mulching, sod laying, and grass cutting. Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers Maintain landscaping equipment making sure mowers, trimmers and blowers are in great conditions for the day. Install hardscape elements like patios, walkways, and retaining walls (if applicable) Maintain lawns, flower beds, and garden areas Follow safety procedures and company policies Work efficiently as part of a team to meet deadlines.
