Please include brief work experience and photos with your inquiry NO COMPANIES / NO SUBCONTRACTING 1099 INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS ONLY Role Overview: This is a hands-on tree service position. You will be responsible for safely trimming, cutting, and maintaining trees while ensuring clean, professional results on residential properties. Essential Duties / Responsibilities: Tree trimming, pruning, and shaping Safe cutting and removal of branches and limbs Tree reduction and canopy thinning Removal of dead, damaged, or hazardous limbs Ground cleanup, hauling, stacking, or chipping debris Use of chainsaws, pole saws, and trimming equipment Climbing trees and/or working with ladders when needed Roping and controlled lowering of limbs Maintain clean and organized job sites Protect surrounding property (fences, roofs, landscaping, etc.) Follow job scope and complete work efficiently and safely Communicate with team and management as needed Skills & Experience (Preferred): Experience in tree trimming, pruning, or tree service work Knowledge of proper cutting techniques and tree care Experience using chainsaws and tree equipment Ability to safely climb trees or work at heights Ability to work outdoors in Texas weather Strong awareness of safety practices Reliable and detail-oriented Must Have: Own truck Valid driver's license Must provide SSN Reliable transportation Valid vehicle insurance Active pay app (CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, etc.) Own tools/equipment (chainsaw, pole saw, ropes, safety gear, etc.) Important: 1099 Independent Contractor ONLY Must be dependable, hardworking, and professional Must show up on time and complete jobs as scheduled Must represent the company professionally on-site To start immediately: RESPOND with your PHONE NUMBER, EXPERIENCE, and AVAILABILITY and pictures of your past work.
