Pay is $25-45/hour based on qualifications. Requirements: -Minimum three years industry experience -Have a valid driver's license with reliable personal transportation. -Execute nearly any difficulty of pruning/removal jobs. -Be a proficient lift and equipment operator. -Read and understand ANSI Z133 Safety Standards. -Read and understand ANSI A300 Pruning Standards. -Proficient tree identification -ISA and/or TCIA certification is a plus -Ability to communicate professionally with customers. Sales experience is a plus. You may be a good fit if: -You are capable AND humble. -You use a mix of new and old school techniques. -You can execute complex systems, but don't unnecessarily complicate things. -You climb SRT/SRS or DRT/MRS based on the situation. -You choose the right tools for the job. -You like electric climbing saws. -You have fun on the fun jobs. -You take responsibility for when you inevitably make mistakes. -You are accustomed to wearing comm-equipped helmets to maximize safety, production, and camaraderie. -You work according to best practices but are able to adapt to situations and make safe judgment calls when the book falls short. -You are a creative problem solver. -You take initiative and don't need to be micro-managed. -You go the extra mile by default. -You are a leader that works and communicates well with others. -You take constructive criticism well.
