Responsibilities - Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, blowing to ensure healthy and attractive turf - Maintain landscape features such as planting beds, shrubs, trees, and hardscape elements with precision and care - Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for trimming, pruning, planting, and general maintenance - Conduct snow removal and salting during winter months to keep properties safe and accessible - Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure safety and longevity of assets Requirements - No experience is necessary! We will train anyone with a positive attitude and willingness to learn! - Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively in various outdoor conditions - Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in all weather conditions; ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods - Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety standards during operation of machinery - Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills Nice to Have - Mechanical knowledge or experience with landscaping equipment and hand tools is highly desirable - Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening - Knowledge of horticulture principles, tree care techniques including trimming and pruning, and general landscape upkeep - This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your expertise in outdoor maintenance while contributing to beautiful landscapes year-round.
