Position Overview We are looking for a dependable Lawn Care Crew Member who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, and follows established systems and procedures. You'll work on a crew performing weekly lawn maintenance and landscaping tasks at residential and commercial properties. Pay: Advancement Path We follow a structured, performance-based pay scale: Tier 1: $15-$17/hr Entry-level Training phase Learns mowing, edging, trimming, blowing Reliable attendance required Tier 2: $17-$19/hr Experienced in weekly maintenance Can use zero-turns, standers, and trimmers correctly Follows procedures without correction Works efficiently with minimal supervision Tier 3: $19-$22/hr Strong experience Can lead tasks on-site Understands job quality expectations Helps train newer crew members Shows initiative and goes the extra mile Opportunities for Foreman training exist for the right candidates.
