Experienced Arborist / Wanted

• Lead and collaborate with a crew on a variety of residential and commercial tree care projects
• Perform expert-level pruning, removals, and general tree maintenance
• Operate, inspect, and maintain equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, and lifts
• Ensure all work is performed to ANSI standards with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency
• Communicate effectively with both clients and crew to keep jobs running smoothly
• Assist with site planning, risk assessment, and thorough cleanup

• Proven experience in tree care, including crew leadership
• Comfortable with heavy equipment: trucks, trailers, chippers, and aerial lifts
• Solid understanding of advanced pruning techniques, rigging systems, and removals
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all conditions
• Reliable, responsible, and safety-driven

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• ISA Certified Arborist (or working toward certification)
• Additional training in plant health care, aerial rescue, or tree risk assessment
