Landscape Crew Member

Role Summary
Landscape Crew Members support daily maintenance and construction operations by performing hands-on work that keeps properties clean, healthy, and visually appealing. This role directly impacts property appearance, plant health, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Understand and demonstrate Artistrees Core Values and the Artistree Standard through your work, conduct, and daily interactions.
Follow all established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Safety Standards to ensure consistent quality craftsmanship, efficiency, and a safe work environment.
Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and landscape maintenance tasks.
Perform landscape installation tasks as needed sod, rock, trees, plants, etc.
Prune trees and shrubs to maintain plant health and appearance.
Remove weeds, debris, and leaves as required.
Assist with seasonal services including fall cleanups and snow removal as needed.
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Properly use and care for company equipment.
Support teammates and follow crew leadership direction.
Assist other Artistree divisions as needed.

Expectations & Requirements
Great attitude, willingness to learn, improve skills, and work as part of a team.
Reliable and on time attendance
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions.
Dependable transportation to get to and from work.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus but not required
