Forklift Operator – Fullerton, CA

We are currently seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in Fullerton, CA. This position is responsible for safely operating powered equipment to move, locate, stack, and organize products while ensuring inventory accuracy and maintaining a safe work environment.

Job Summary

The Forklift Operator is responsible for operating powered material handling equipment including forklifts and clamp trucks for the purpose of loading, unloading, relocating, stacking, and counting product. This role also supports inventory control, shipping accuracy, and warehouse organization.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

	
• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using forklifts, clamp trucks, or other powered equipment for approximately 80% of the shift
  
  	

• Pull and prepare orders for shipment while ensuring accurate product counts and product types
  
  	

• Inspect inbound and outbound shipments for product damage, infestation, and correct code dates
  
  	

• Verify load accuracy, load stability, and report discrepancies as needed
  
  	

• Maintain accurate inventory records and reports
  
  	

• Perform daily inspections of powered equipment
  
  	

• Change batteries or LP tanks and monitor equipment power sources
  
  	

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
  
  	

• Assist with physical inventory counts
  
  	

• Follow OSHA, MSDS, and all company safety standards
  
  	

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
  
  

Qualifications

	
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  
  	

• Forklift certification required
