Description
MonoWorX, LLC needs seven (7) (full-time, 40 hours per week) Landscapers from 07/14/2026 to 11/15/2026. Work location: 494 Blockhouse Run Rd. New Brighton, PA 15066. Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod
laying, mowing, edging, blowing, weeding, mulching, aerating, overseeding, fertilizing, flower bed maintenance, shrub installation, trimming/pruning, planting, watering, and installation of
mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. General property cleanup. Employer will provide workers, at no charge, all tools, supplies & equipment required to perform job. 40 hrs/wk. Mon-Fri 7:30am - 5:30pm. Will offer wage $18.69/hr. Overtime may be available at $28.04/hr. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Payday weekly. Payroll deductions as required by law. Optional employer arranged housing will be provided at a weekly cost for up to $85/week. Employer will provide transportation from workshop to multiple worksites in Butler, Beaver and Lawrence Counties, PA. 3 months similiar work experience required. No min.education required. No on the job training provided. Transportation costs for both out of town & H-2B workers living abroad(incl meals & to theextent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be reimbursed, by a single check issued to the employee in the full amount asrequired by DOL WHD regulations when & if the worker completes half of the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if theworker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. H-2B workers will be reimbursed, in the 1st workweek, for allvisa: visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).Employees will be provided w/min daily subsistence of at least $16.78 p/day during travel, up to a max of $68.00 p/day with receipts.
