I need someone with a good eye who can walk the property, identify the highest-impact improvements, make practical layout decisions, help source the right materials, and then do the work efficiently. Main priorities: Design and install 2 attractive garden beds at the entry Selectively improve and clean up the existing landscaping Help direct and contribute to broader property cleanup for curb appeal Make the property look intentional, clean, and sale-ready Scope may include bed design and reshaping, weed cleanup, weed barrier, rock, planting, trimming, edging, minor grading, tractor-assisted cleanup, and general landscape cleanup. I have a tractor with loader, auger, backhoe, and box scraper available. You should have your own basic hand tools, transportation, and the experience to work without constant direction. Ideal person is a working landscape lead, small landscape contractor, or experienced landscaper who can look at a property and know what will make the biggest visual difference quickly. Pay: $35/hr. Open to day rate or small crew pricing for the right person. Materials paid separately. Bonus/tip possible for high-quality, independent, and quick execution.
