Job Summary: Employer is looking to fill 9 Field Workers, Caravan Driver, Crew Leader, Quality Control positions. This is a temporary, full-time, seasonal position from 6/21/2026 to 8/29/2026 in Hood, Clarksburg, Courtland, Walnut Grove, Ukiah, Finley, Lakeport, and Kelseyville, CA.

Requirements: 2 months of combined experience picking pears, peaches, apples and cherries. Written verification of experience is required. Driver's license.

Employer Note: Employer agrees to provide to the worker, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned. Cannot be color blind due to the need to distinguish colors of the product. Drug test.

Job Duties: 'Harvest plants, and transplant or pot and label them.
'Repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment.
'Harvest fruits and vegetables by hand.
'Operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, forklifts and self-propelled machinery to plow, harrow and fertilize soil, or to plant, cultivate, spray and harvest crops.
'Clean work areas and maintain grounds and landscaping.
'Inspect plants and bud ties to assess quality.
'Feel plants' leaves and note their coloring to detect the presence of insects or disease.
'Dig, cut, and transplant seedlings, cuttings, trees, and shrubs.
'Dig, rake, and screen soil, filling cold frames and hot beds in preparation for planting.
'Trap and destroy pests, such as moles, gophers, and mice, using pesticides.
'Move containerized shrubs, plants, and trees, using wheelbarrows or tractors.
'Haul and spread topsoil, fertilizer, peat moss, and other materials to condition soil, using wheelbarrows or carts and shovels.
'Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, and tools.
'Repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures.

Hours: 35 hours, Monday-Saturday: 6:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Three-quarter guarantee.

Wages: $16.90 paid weekly. Employer will make all required deductions from wages.
