Grounds Maintenance Manager - $25-30/hr

DeClark's Landscaping Inc., an award-winning company and leader in the Green Industry for over 40 years, is seeking qualified individuals to join our team. We have an excellent group of professionals working in a great environment with new and maintained equipment servicing top notch commercial and residential clients.

Duties
-Organize, manage, and maintain job schedule
-Manage, lead, and train crew members to DeClarks standards
-Familiarize themselves with job sites and projects
-Build and maintain customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
-Visit job sites as work is completed to check for quality control
-Complete required paperwork (billing, daily time sheets, man hours, etc.) in a timely and organized fashion

Requirements
-Experience in a management role required
-Experience in landscape with plant knowledge preferred
-Valid drivers license with good record
-Strong organizational and paperwork skills
-Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
