Gardening & Weeding Foreman

Maintains high-end residential and commercial properties by caring for landscape beds, decorative containers, and overall site appearance. Were looking for a hands-on Gardening & Wedding Foreman to lead a small crew and take pride in keeping properties healthy, clean, and looking sharp.

What Youll Do:

Lead and work alongside a crew of 1-2 team members

Maintain plant beds and decorative pots

Monitor plant health and identify issues early

Weed, cultivate, water, fertilize, and trim as needed

Keep green spaces, beds, and walkways clean and debris-free

Train and develop crew members while managing daily productivity

Pay based on experience
