Now Hiring Landscaping Manager

All Star Albany has an IMMEDIATE NEED for a LANDSCAPING MANAGER in Lebanon, OR.

This individual will be responsible for compiling quotes for projects as well as seeking contracts for landscaping crews. Will be responsible for supervision, hiring, and training of crew members. Must be able to articulate well with potential customers.

You will be responsible for:
Putting together bids/quotes for contracts for landscaping.
Maintain active Commercial Pesticide Applicator License.
Complete cost workbooks efficiently
Work with contractors on projects
Recruit and train crew members
Supervise crews and work on projects as needed.
Work on projects can include but may not be limited to mowing, irrigation, debris removal, weeding, tilling, pruning, leaf blowing, litter removal, chemical application, ice melt, winter sidewalk clearing, storm clean-up.
Schedule fleet/machine maintenance, returns to finish work before next scheduled service
Keep the Director informed of progress, bids, new contracts, unfinished work, accidents, damage to vehicles, trailer or equipment, customer complaints and how they were resolved and any other issues that prevent completion of job.
Other duties as needed

Job Conditions:
This position requires the incumbent to work in an environment where there is exposure to fumes, noise, odors, dust, dirt, chemicals, biohazards, and outdoor weather. Other working conditions may include detailed work, working alone, equipment operation, and frequent interruptions. May be required to attend meetings outside of regular shift hours.

This position will be Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm.
$21/hr.
