Landscape Maintenance Lead -- $23-$28/hr -- Bend Landscape (Bend, OR)

Bend Landscape is looking for an experienced Maintenance Lead to run a crew across commercial and residential properties in Bend and Central Oregon.

What you'll do:
- Lead a 2-4 person crew on mowing, pruning, edging, and seasonal cleanups
- Operate and maintain equipment; keep a company truck
- Be the point person for quality and site communication

What we need:
- 2+ years landscape maintenance experience, 1+ year leading a crew
- Valid driver's license, clean MVR
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs, work outdoors in all Central Oregon conditions
- Pass a post-offer drug/alcohol screen (marijuana-inclusive per company policy)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay: $23-$28/hr depending on experience
Hours: Full-time, 40 hrs/week
Location: Bend, OR -- reporting to yard daily
