Experienced Landscape Maintenance Labourers Urgently Required

We are one of the largest commercial landscaping company in British Columbia and have been in business since 1948. We design, build and install brand new landscaping for new construction and maintain the grounds for sites throughout the Lower Mainland.

We are ALWAYS HIRING and are currently seeking EXPERIENCED CREW MEMBERS to join our growing Grounds Maintenance team! Our company operates FULL-TIME, YEAR-ROUND and we are looking for prime candidates to train as future lead hands and supervisors.

Work hours are 7:30am-4:00pm. During our busy season (Spring-Summer), you may be required to work overtime.

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Maintain landscapes in a variety of settings- Commercial, Strata, High-End Residentials
- Perform various landscaping tasks and operate landscaping equipment in a safe and professional manner -- weeding, cultivating garden beds, light pruning of shrubs, mowing, line trimming, using backpack blowers, hedging & grooming, etc.
- Have the ability to work in all weather conditions (rain or shine!)

Successful applicants should meet the following criteria:

- Must have a positive attitude and the ability to work in a team setting
- Be responsible & reliable
- Have basic PPE including steel toe boots and work gloves
- Previous landscaping experience required --
- Valid Driver's license (a huge asset but not required)
- Various industry/safety accreditation's (preferred, not required)

Compensation:

Hourly wage based on experience: $22.00-25.00/hour
4% Vacation Pay
