The company is currently seeking experienced and dedicated Foremen to lead teams in either Landscape Maintenance or Hardscape/Softscape Construction. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise on-site crews in either landscape maintenance or construction projects, ensuring high standards of workmanship and safety.
- Coordinate daily tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, weeding, pruning, removals, and seasonal cleanups for maintenance roles.
- Oversee the planning and execution of hardscape and softscape installations, including stonework, masonry, and large-scale plantings for construction roles.
- Manage project logistics, including labor, equipment, and materials, to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
- Utilize company mobile software to track project progress, submit accurate data, and complete required paperwork.
- Operate company trucks with trailers and safely use landscape machinery and tools, following all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
- Maintain a professional, positive work environment and support the development of crew members.
- Attend mandatory safety trainings and staff meetings.
- Assist with snow removal operations during winter months as needed.
- Perform general maintenance and cleanliness of trucks, trailers, and equipment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in landscaping, landscape maintenance, or construction.
- Demonstrated experience supervising or leading a crew on job sites.
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive a truck with a trailer.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Comfortable using mobile applications for time and project tracking.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
Compensation
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. Overtime opportunities are available.
