- Install plants, trees, sod, mulch, and landscape materials
- Assist with irrigation installation and repairs
- Install hardscape and outdoor living features
- Operate hand tools and small equipment safely
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Work closely with crew members to deliver high-quality results
- Minimum 1 year of landscape installation experience
- Knowledge of plants, turf, irrigation, pruning, and mulching
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Valid driver's license required
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) applicants encouraged to apply
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
