We are a well-established landscape company in Northern New Mexico seeking experienced landscape crew members for seasonal work, with the potential for longer-term opportunities for the right candidates.

Our work includes landscape maintenance, landscape installation, irrigation, water harvesting, planting, and garden care. We create and maintain beautiful, sustainable landscapes using a mix of native plants and hardy, desert-adapted species that thrive in our climate.

Responsibilities May Include:

Planting trees, shrubs, perennials, and groundcovers
Landscape installation and renovation projects
Garden and landscape maintenance
Pruning trees, shrubs, roses, and ornamental plants
Installing and maintaining drip irrigation systems
Diagnosing and performing minor irrigation repairs
Assisting with water harvesting and drainage projects
Operating landscape tools and equipment safely
General landscape labor and site cleanup

Qualifications:

Previous landscaping, gardening, irrigation, or landscape installation experience
Knowledge of native and desert-appropriate plants
Familiarity with proper planting techniques
Experience with pruning and basic tree care
Ability to troubleshoot and repair irrigation systems
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to perform physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
