Pay: $21.00 per hour

Job Summary:
Express Employment Professionals is seeking experienced Forklift Operators to support warehouse and distribution operations in a production-focused environment. This position requires operators who are confident handling high-stack storage, double forks, and wide pallet loads while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
The ideal candidate understands that safe product movement and attention to detail are just as important as meeting production timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment
Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments
Transport, store, and retrieve products from warehouse storage locations
Perform high-stack forklift operations
Handle wide pallet loads and double-fork configurations
Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment
Complete pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
Follow all safety policies, operating procedures, and warehouse standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Support daily production and shipping schedules while maintaining safety and accuracy

Qualifications:
Recent forklift operating experience required
Experience with high stacking, double forks, and wide pallet loads strongly preferred
Demonstrated commitment to safe forklift operation
Ability to safely work around pedestrians, equipment, and warehouse traffic
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience preferred
