Facilities Maintenance / Landscaper

Title, Duties, and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for efficient maintenance landscaping
- Repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment in accordance with operating manuals of manufacturers specifications.
- Must be able to perform preventive maintenance.
- Power washing of the facilities grounds.
- Physical requirements include lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 50 pounds, sitting and walking for long periods, must have the ability to climb, stoop, and bend.
- Flexible schedule changes and weekend work is required, including working on late evenings on some days.
- Duties may include other tasks as deemed appropriate by the direct supervisor and manager

Requirements:
- Knowledge of carpentry, Must be mechanically inclined.
- 2 to 4-year experience in general knowledge of landscaping.
- Must pass background check and drug test.
- Must have valid DL.
